EventDrive Privacy Notice
Supplements the PaTom Connect privacy policy for EventDrive features
Data we collect
- Account data (name, email, phone) from your PaTom Connect profile
- Event details, fares, messages, and payment records for bookings
- Provider application: National ID number, optional ID image, payout details, specialties
- Location when you enable “near me” or live tracking (with your permission)
How we use it
To match hosts and providers, process escrow payments, verify identity, show maps, send notifications, and comply with law. Admin staff review provider applications manually.
Sharing
Hosts and matched providers see relevant booking and profile information. Payment processors receive data needed to complete transactions. We do not sell personal data.
Retention & rights
Data is retained while your account is active and as required for legal and financial records. Contact PaTom Connect to request access or correction where applicable.
