1. Service

EventDrive is a marketplace where hosts post events and set fares, and verified providers accept or counter-offer. PaTom Connect provides the platform, payments infrastructure, and admin review — not the underlying event services themselves.

2. Accounts

You use your PaTom Connect account to access EventDrive. You are responsible for account security and accurate profile information. One person may act as both host and provider where permitted.

3. Fares, fees, and escrow

Hosts propose fares. Platform fees and deposit percentages are shown at booking and in admin settings. Funds may be held in escrow until the event is marked complete, subject to cancellation and no-show policies configured on the platform.

4. Provider eligibility

Providers must complete application and verification (National ID number and, where required, ID document upload). PaTom may approve, reject, or suspend providers. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate removal.

5. Conduct

No harassment, fraud, off-platform payment to circumvent fees, or illegal events. Hosts and providers must comply with Zimbabwe law and venue requirements.

6. Limitation of liability

PaTom Connect is not liable for provider performance, event outcomes, or indirect damages to the extent permitted by law. Disputes should be raised via platform support and admin review.
